Classic Panettone is the typical traditional Panettone . Our Panettone ah onedouble leavening for more than 48 hours , it is made only with live sourdough and is filled with 5 Crown Australian Sultana Raisins and inside there are the black dots of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The structure is extremely soft , the taste elegant but decisive. It is a very rich but extremely digestible panettone thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials . It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as tradition has dictated since 1882.

Classic Panettone - Naturally leavened baked confectionery product - 2000g (70.55 oz / 1.98 lbs) ℮ Ingredients: wheat flour* type 00, butter*, egg yolk* category A, raisins (12%), candied orange (10 %) (candied orange peel 40%, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, mother yeast (wheat flour* type 00, water), water, milk*, candied orange paste (0.8%) ( candied orange peel 40%, sugar, glucose syrup), acacia honey, cream*, salt, wheat starch*, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Store in a cool, dry place at max 20-22°C. *Allergenic ingredients - May contain traces of nuts, soy and sesame.

To best savor the soft consistency of the panettone and enhance the balance of aromas and flavours, we recommend heating it in the oven at 150° for 2 minutes.
