Yellow lentils are obtained by hulling green lentils or by removing the external peel. They are small and cook faster than whole ones.

Excellent for preparing soups and creams, in combination with cereals or other legumes for tasty soups or to prepare meatballs and burgers.

No need to soak. They cook in 5/10 minutes depending on the desired consistency. We always recommend a visual inspection of the product and washing with running water before use.
