Grown in the "Golden Triangle of Tuscany" (Val d'Orcia, Val d 'Arbia and Montalcino), typically known for the main Tuscan food and wine excellences, this lentil has an intense and delicate flavor.

Recommended as a side dish and ideal for soups, broths and veloutées. Also excellent simply boiled with a white onion and chopped tomatoes and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and salt.

They do not require soaking. cook in 30/35 minutes (in a pressure cooker 15/20 minutes from the moment of the whistle).
