The cannellino bean has a creamy white colour, small dimensions, an elongated shape and a thin skin. They are grown in Piedmont, an area that can count on a capillary natural irrigation network which is the most suitable habitat for the growth of this legume.

Their flavor is well suited to light dishes for any season, from pasta and beans to side dishes, soups, stews and creams.
