It’s not the traditional Panettone, but it’s made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates. White, milk and dark chocolate are blended together in order to create a unique burst of taste. The consistency is soft, the flavor is elegant but strong, not so sweet in the mouth, due to presence of dark chocolate that lessens the sweetness of white and milk chocolate. It’s a rich but highly digestible Panettone, thanks to the usage both of first quality raw materials and of long rising techniques. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.

Soft wheat* flour type 00, butter*, egg* yolk, sugar, natural sourdough yeast (soft wheat* flour type 00, water), water, 55% dark chocolate (6,8%) (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), 32% milk chocolate (6,8%) (sugar, whole milk* powder, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), 23% white chocolate (6,8%) (sugar, milk* powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), milk*, acacia honey, salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. *Allergenic ingredients

Preheat the oven at 150°C, turn it off and put the Panettone inside for 1 minute to better enjoy the soft texture and enhance the balance of aromas and flavors. 10/12 servings per container.
