Vegan Christmas cake is our personal interpretation of the Christmas cake, without using animal-derived ingredients. Our cake is made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation. We fill it with Australian 5 crowns raisins and candied oranges. You can find little black dots of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla inside. It's a rich but highly digestible cake, thanks to the usage both of first quality raw materials and of long fermentation techniques. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.

Soft wheat* flour type 00, water, candied orange (13,5%) (orange peel 40%, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, raisins (10,8%), natural sourdough yeast (soft wheat* flour type 00, water), margarine (high oleic sunflower oil, shea butter, water, natural flavours), invert sugar, extra virgin olive oil, orange paste (orange peel 40%, sugar, glucose syrup), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, cocoa butter, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. * Allergenic ingredients

30 minutes before serving, gently warm it close to a heat source to best enjoy the soft texture and enhance the balance of aromas and flavors. 7 servings per container.
